I have been helping people achieve their health and fitness goals since 2007. With a background in baseball, cross country, and a lifelong love for movement, his passion for fitness began early. At just 15 years old, I picked up his first weights, determined to gain strength and confidence—and never looked back.
At age 23, I turned my personal journey into a career, earning his certification and dedicating myself to helping others transform their lives. Since then, I have coached thousands of busy professionals to lose weight, build strength, and get in the best shape of their lives—both physically and mentally.
I am also an accomplished competitive bodybuilder, having competed in 11 shows and earning multiple 1st-place finishes. In 2014, I opened B-FIT Tyler with a vision to create a welcoming space for people of all fitness levels—free of the intimidation and pressure often found in traditional gyms. My goal goal was simple: to provide expert personal training without the need for a gym membership.
Since opening, B-FIT Tyler has expanded three times and continues to grow. Today, the gym offers a wide variety of programs tailored to support real people with real goals—whether that’s losing 10 pounds, 50 pounds, or simply gaining more confidence and energy.
My mission is clear: To help you become the strongest, healthiest version of yourself—one step, one rep, one day at a time.
