Hi my name is Kyle Mooney and I’m from Tyler, Texas! I have been in the health and fitness industry helping others since 2013. I was very passionate and affiliated with baseball for most of my life growing up. However, I faced many different obstacles and challenges towards the end of graduating and shortly after as well. In 2012, I had the blessing of having my daughter and this quickly changed the direction of my life where I turned my life back around and found health and fitness as my love.
I've been into competitive bodybuilding for 5 years last one being the Steve Kuclo Classic where I took first place. I am currently certified through NASM, NCCPT, and Precision Nutrition with plans to only further my education.
I know that my future belongs to not only helping people achieve their health and fitness goals, but really pushing them to see their true potential in all aspects of life.
Hi! My name is Amanda Brown! Johnny is my little brother and I absolutely adore him. I moved back to Tyler/Bullard in December 2014 and started working out at B-FIT. Before that time I worked in kitchens for 10 years, usually as the lead Pastry Chef and Lead Cook. Working in Kitchens requires long days and hours with your team on a daily basis and mostly 6-7 days a week. Being a wife/mother I decided that I needed more time with my family and knew I needed to make some changes…both on the career side as well as the health side. Johnny told me that I should get my PT certification and I started that journey in April 2015. My goal at that time was to lose weight, but as I started to learn more about how spectacular our bodies are I became more interested in being athletic. At this time I am currently down from 208 pounds in December 2014 to 155 pounds July 2016. I now have my PT certification and have new goals to strive for. Currently I hold the position of accountability coach and Personal trainer and will be working towards nutrition as I still love food….Love to learn about it and cook it, but now I am focused on how it affects our bodies and performance. I have never been in such great shape in my life and I challenge anyone to take the same journey.
